Certification follows the product and market
Applicable requirements depend on the destination, the imported scope, how the items are classified, who completes the assembly and how the finished equipment is placed on the market. These questions must be reviewed for the actual project.
Define responsibility before shipment
The platform supplier, local assembler, brand owner, importer and test laboratory may each hold different responsibilities. A useful project brief identifies who controls the enclosure, wiring, final testing, labels, manuals and market certification.

Design evidence still matters
Even when the final certification is managed locally, stable specifications, controlled changes, test records and component traceability make assessment and repeat production more manageable.
