LOCAL ASSEMBLY SUPPORT

Your Factory Builds Locally.
We Support the Induction System.

Your factory handles local fabrication and assembly. InducParts provides the induction technology, matched components and technical support behind the product.

WHO CAN START

Basic factory capability
comes before the kit.

A local assembly project works best when the customer already understands commercial kitchen equipment and can assign a real technician to the first build.

01Stainless-steel cutting, bending and welding
02Electrical assembly under qualified supervision
03Basic test equipment and a responsible technician
04Ability to record inspection and test results
05Local sales, installation and after-sales support

RESPONSIBILITY BOUNDARY

Localize what your factory
already does well.

The exact split is confirmed per platform. It should be understood before quotation, sample fabrication or shipment.

LOCAL FACTORY

Fabrication, assembly and market ownership

  • Stainless-steel cabinet, side and rear panels
  • Local wiring, assembly and final-product labels
  • Final compliance, installation and customer service
  • Local brand, sales channel and product decisions
INDUCPARTS

Induction technology and controlled support

  • Platform, generator, coil and controls selection
  • Matched core components and agreed SKD scope
  • Cooling, sensing and interface guidance
  • Installation, QC, training and spare-parts documentation
PROJECT-SPECIFIC

Decide together before production

  • Glass, top panel and reference structure
  • Harnesses, electrical protection and control box
  • Testing responsibility and acceptance criteria
  • Custom interface and localization scope

FROM SAMPLE TO SCALE

Evaluate → Assemble →
Validate → Scale

Each stage produces evidence for the next decision. A sample is a learning tool; a pilot proves repeatability.

01

Product Evaluation

Confirm the first product, target market, local power, cookware or vessel, factory capability and commercial timeline.

  • Requirement and capability assessment
  • Platform recommendation
  • Learning sample or budgetary configuration
  • Initial local / imported scope
02

Assembly Setup

Turn the confirmed platform into a first controlled local assembly.

  • Complete SKD kit and reference interfaces
  • Installation guidance and QC format
  • Partner technician training
  • Initial critical spare-parts package
03

Product Line Development

Standardize the proven model and expand only after validation.

  • Pilot-build feedback and version lock
  • Repeatable BOM and inspection records
  • Localized display, glass or controls when justified
  • Additional platforms and long-term parts continuity

DIGITAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT — CURRENT SCOPE

Keep product knowledge
connected to the platform.

Current support can include online manuals, QR-linked technical files, installation and service videos, platform-version records, project BOM records and a structured fault knowledge base.

We do not advertise unfinished IoT, remote monitoring or AI diagnostics as current product functions. Those capabilities will be considered only after the platform records and support workflow are reliable.
