Freeze the requirement before fabrication

Record the target application, supply voltage, power, vessel, operating cycle, controls, enclosure, environmental assumptions and acceptance criteria. Unrecorded changes during a prototype make later failures difficult to diagnose.

Validate the complete assembled appliance

Bench testing a generator is not enough. Test the final airflow path, wiring, sensor positions, clearances, vessel relationship and controls inside the real enclosure.

Turn assembly knowledge into controlled work

Document cable routing, connector identification, fastener requirements, sensor placement, coil gap, airflow clearance and inspection points. The objective is to reduce dependence on one technician’s memory.

Run a pilot build before volume production

A small pilot exposes variation in fabrication, assembly time, component handling and test repeatability. Resolve these findings before fixing the production version and releasing larger quantities.

Protect version and service continuity

Lock the approved BOM, firmware or control version, drawings and acceptance criteria. Define critical service parts and a change-review process so production replacements do not silently alter performance.

Common project questions

Can a commercial induction SKD platform be selected by power alone?

No. Power, voltage, cooking task, vessel, coil geometry, cooling, controls and local assembly scope need to be reviewed together.

Are detailed BOMs and drawings published online?

No. Customer-specific technical files are controlled within an active project.
