Confirm the real electrical supply

Record country, nominal voltage, phase, frequency, protective device and available circuit capacity. A market may use more than one commercial supply arrangement, so the site condition must be confirmed rather than assumed.

Translate cooking work into power demand

Vessel volume, food load, target heat-up time, recovery demand and continuous duty determine useful power. Higher rated power is not automatically better when the circuit, vessel or thermal design cannot use it.

  • Cooking task and target cycle time
  • Vessel diameter, depth and material
  • Single-zone or simultaneous multi-zone demand

  • Ventilation and ambient temperature

Plan multi-zone load distribution

For multi-zone hobs and cooking suites, total connected load and phase balance matter as much as the rating of one zone. The generator arrangement, wiring and protection must be reviewed together.

Lock the requirement before quotation

A useful RFQ includes the electrical supply, target equipment, cookware or vessel, power expectation, quantity and local assembly scope. This prevents a technically valid component from being quoted for the wrong appliance.

Can a commercial induction SKD platform be selected by power alone?

No. Power, voltage, cooking task, vessel, coil geometry, cooling, controls and local assembly scope need to be reviewed together.

Are detailed BOMs and drawings published online?

No. Customer-specific technical files are controlled within an active project.
